01. About us and these terms

The Freedom Circle is provided by Know Your Numbers (Scotland) Limited, company number SC837648. These terms govern your use of the website and paid membership. Contact us through the website form.

02. Membership and eligibility

The Freedom Circle is a worldwide online business growth membership and community. It includes weekly live online group coaching with Craig, community access, training and resources. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure. Members must be legally able to enter a subscription contract in their location.

03. Price, VAT and payment

The membership costs £97 per month plus VAT. It is a rolling monthly subscription billed automatically through the checkout provider at the start of each paid period. By joining, you authorise recurring payments until cancellation. If a payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment method and may pause access after reasonable notice. Any additional charges or locally applicable tax treatment must be shown at checkout before you pay.

04. Cancellation and access

You may cancel at any time through the membership billing facility or by contacting us via the website form. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for. There is no specified minimum commitment.

05. Refunds and statutory rights

Subscription payments are generally for access during the applicable paid period. The 90-Day Freedom Guarantee below provides a separate conditional refund route. Nothing in these terms removes statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Any legally required checkout disclosures and any request for immediate digital access will be presented in the purchase flow.

06. 90-Day Freedom Guarantee

New members may request a refund of membership fees paid during their first 90 days if, after genuine participation, they do not believe The Freedom Circle has provided greater clarity, control and a stronger path towards a better business and greater freedom. To qualify, a member must attend at least six live group coaching calls during those first 90 days, use relevant training or resources, bring genuine business questions or opportunities into the membership, and take reasonable action on the learning relevant to their situation.

Submit a claim through the contact form, identifying the account email and explaining the participation and reasons for the claim. We may reasonably verify participation and ask for a short account of action taken. Claims received promptly after the first 90 days will be considered fairly.

07. Group coaching and community conduct

Calls are live group sessions and are not private one-to-one advice. Scheduling may change with reasonable notice. Participate respectfully, protect other members’ confidentiality and do not record or redistribute calls or member contributions without permission. Harassment, unlawful activity, spam, misuse or infringement of others’ rights may lead to moderation, suspension or termination after an appropriate review.

08. Educational content and outcomes

All training, coaching discussions and resources are educational and general in nature. Results depend on individual circumstances and action. We do not guarantee any particular revenue, profit, funding, valuation or financial outcome. The membership does not provide personalised legal, tax, regulated financial or accounting advice unless separately and expressly agreed with an appropriately qualified provider. Seek independent professional advice where needed.

09. Intellectual property

Membership material is owned by or licensed to Know Your Numbers (Scotland) Limited. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your membership is active. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share or record protected content without written permission. You retain ownership of material you post, while granting us permission to display it within the community as needed to operate the service.

10. Third parties, updates and availability

Checkout, hosting, community and communication facilities may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Amazon links lead to an independent seller. We may update and add membership content over time. Freedom Marketing System and Cashflow Craig AI are planned additions; release timing and precise features may change. Reasonable maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt access, and we will work to restore service as soon as practical.

11. Liability and governing law

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for business decisions made independently by members or indirect losses beyond what applicable law permits. These terms are governed by Scottish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your home jurisdiction. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it.

12. Privacy and changes

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may revise these terms with notice where changes materially affect members. The version in force when you use a service will apply, subject to applicable law. Direct any questions through the contact form.
